The reality show America's Got Talent, a show in which you must prove to three judges you possess a talent worth $1 million, will have a cousin up North. CityTV, a Canadian TV network, ordered a new reality show called Canada's Got Talent.
CityTV will organize nationwide auditions in Canada in September. The premiere of Canada's Got Talent will premiere on CityTV in Spring 2012.
The auditions will take place in six cities: Winnipeg, Edmonton, Vancouver, Montreal, Toronto and Halifax (details below).
Of course, there are no age limits. Besides, contestants must be Canadian citizens or a permanent residents (immigrants who are about to be naturalized).
In the contest, anything goes. It could be singing, dancing, martial arts, magic or anything you can think of.
For the moment, the judges for Canada's Got Talent haven't been revealed.
