After so many years of working on American TV series, Smallville's alumni Erica Durance got cast in the pilot of an upcoming Canadian TV series.
She'll be in a pilot of a TV series called Saving Hope. Production will begin in Toronto on June 22.
CTV, the Canadian TV network which ordered the show, didn't give much details about the show or Durance's involvement in it.
However, we know that the story takes place in a hospital of Toronto. Moreover, while the show was produced by Ilana Frank and written by Morwyn Brebner, who both work on the hit Canadian TV series Rookie Blue.
