'Daydream Nation' In Canadian Theatres on April 15


The release date of Michael Goldbach's Daydream Nation in Canada is finally out. While Americans will see the film on May 6, Canadians will have Daydream Nation released on April 15.

The story is centred on Caroline Wexler (Kat Dennings), a young teenager who is bored by her life in a small Canadian town. Along with her single father, Caroline moved from the city to a small town.

Caroline's classmates at her school like to get stoned. Eventually, she becomes involved in a love triangle. Thusrton (Reece Thompson), one of Caroline's classmates, has drug problems and loves Caroline the first time he lays her eyes on her. Moreover, Caroline is also in a sexual relation with her favourite teacher (Josh Lucas).

The film also stars Rachel Blanchard, Quinn Lord, Natasha Calis, Calum Worthy and Katie Boland. The film's DVD will be released on May 17 in Canada.
