The trailer of the first season of the Canadian TV series Todd and the Book of Pure Evil is already online. The first season of this half-hour series will premiere on Space, a Canadian cable network dedicated to sci-fi shows, on September 29 at 9 PM with two back-to-back episodes.
This TV series shot in Winnipeg takes place in a High school. Inside this school, there's a book that can unleash hell, put an end to the world or satisfy someone's deepest desire at a steep price. Todd Smith (Alex House), a teenager, gets hold of the book. When he learns about the power of this book, he intends to impress the girl that he has a crush on, Jenny (Maggie Castle). Unfortunately, Todd makes life at a school a nightmare. Whether he likes it or not, Todd has to save the school.
The show also stars Billy Turnbull, Melanie Leishman, Chris Leavins, Norman Yeung, Steve Arbuckle and Jason Mewes.
